WHAT TYPE OF COACHING?

Coaching involves supporting individuals in developing, reflecting on, and implementing their professional or personal projects.

individual coaching

On average, a one-to-one coaching session typically lasts for an hour and a half, either conducted via videoconference or in-person if the geographical location permits. Both the coachee and the coach are situated in a serene environment conducive to reflection. The coach serves as a catalyst, assisting the coachee in harnessing their potential and discovering their own solutions and paths for development.

GROUP COACHING

Group coaching is a collective learning technique for a group of 5 to 8 peers who decide to exchange experiences on a regular basis. These group coaching sessions are supervised and guided by a professional coach. The aim of these coaching sessions is to help each other understand problems and to implement solutions and action plans to improve individual and collective performance.

Who is your coach?

With a background in Human Resources, coaching became an obvious choice for me. Why? Firstly, because I’ve benefited from the support of coaches throughout my life. As a sportswoman from a young age, I’ve had the privilege of competing in various disciplines. It wasn’t until I discovered my true passion, JJB (Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu), that I was crowned French and European champion and achieved success on the international circuit.
These victories would never have been possible without the guidance of my coaches. Sport is perhaps the domain where coaching is most natural. Without it, it’s easy to lose sight of your goals, doubt your ability to succeed, or recover from setbacks like defeats or injuries, which are inevitable in an athlete’s life.

I aspire to bring this coaching ethos into the corporate world, thanks to my training with The Group Coaching Institute. My career in HR has revealed that many talented individuals struggle to reach their full potential. Yet, success isn’t reserved for superheroes; it simply requires nurturing, support, and an environment conducive to reflection and risk-taking.
No matter your challenge, I offer my experience and coaching qualifications to assist you in achieving your goals. I propose to guide you through reflective processes so that together, we can ascend to your summit.
